The 2024 Consultation will be held in person in Ottawa Tuesday, November 26 to Thursday November 28.

CCR members participating in CCR on the Hill please plan to be in Ottawa Sunday, November 24 to Thursday, November 28.

Theme: Reclaiming Public Support: Building the Movement for Refugee and Migrant Rights

This consultation will work to draw in a wide cross-sectoral coalition, with the intention of building public and political support for refugees and newcomers.

    Registration fee scale

    Lunches for Tuesday and Wednesday are included in the Consultation registration fees.

      • First two participants registered: $250 per participant
      • From the third to the fifth participant registered: $200 per participant
      • One-day registration for the Consultation: $150 per participant
      • One-day registration for the Lobby Day ONLY: $150 per participant
    • Non-member NGO:
      • First two participants registered: $320 per participant
      • From the third to the fifth participant registered: $270 per participant
      • One-day registration: $180 per participant
    • Government or Intergovernmental organizations:
      • Full registration: $400 per participant
      • One-day registration: $250 per participant
    • Universities, Private sector and other organizations:
      • Full registration: $400 per participant
      • One-day registration: $250 per participant
    • Individuals and general public:
      • Unique rate (full and one-day): $250 per participant
    • Low-income* registration:
      • Full registration: $150 per participant
      • One-day registration: $75 per participant
    • Indigenous Representatives and Refugees**:
      • FREE
    • Students/Youth (younger than 25 years old):
      • Full registration: $140
      • One-day registration: $60

    *To confirm if you fall under this category, follow the LICO (Low-Income Cut-Off) table 2024

    **Refugees (including Newcomer Youth younger than 25 years old) who have arrived in Canada within the last five years and who are without an organization that could pay their registration fee can register free of charge.

    No individual or organization should be prevented from participating due to fees. To discuss a reduction, group rates, or any other question about the fees, please email us at consultation@ccrweb.ca, or if you are in individual and are requesting a fee waiver, please fill out this form.
