Summary

The CCR offers the incoming federal government a detailed list of recommendations for prioriy action. The CCR's priorities are summarized in “Seven Keys to Protecting and Welcoming Refugees and Newcomers: A vision for Canada.”  In addition, in this document the CCR provides a series of recommendations for implementing the vision, organized according to the seven keys, and divided into:

  1. Recommendations for immediate action (not requiring change to law or regulations) 
  2. Recommendations for priority changes to regulations, policy or law
