To benefit from the early registration fees, the payment must be RECEIVED by 1 May 2020.
No organization should be prevented from participating because of the fees. Please fill in the form below to discuss a reduction, for group rates or for any other question about registration.
There will be a $20 charge for reimbursement up until 22 May 2020, at noon (Pacific Time) and no reimbursements thereafter.
