The protection of refugee claimants in Canada at all stages of the refugee process, including:

  • access to asylum in Canada
  • in-Canada refugee determination
  • post-claim recourses
  • family reunification
  • detention
  • removals
  • the regularization of persons with precarious status in Canada.
