Our open letter to victims uses a down-to-earth blend of logic, psychology and theology to try to alleviate their pain.     The Language ID Guide has the message “I speak____[name of the spoken language]” translated into 69 languages categorized in 5 major regions: Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East. MCIS’ Language ID Guide is developed for easy identification of spoken languages when a non-English language speaking person is in need of language interpretation service but not able to identify the spoken language either by words or by writing. The Language ID Guide is essential for english speakers who need to identify the language(s) of the non-English speaking clients for arranging an interpreter, and is critical in increasing access to emergency assistance and services from the Police, public health services, and children’s aid services.
