Lawyer disbarred for Roma ripoff

Mississauga lawyer Elizabeth Jaszi was disbarred and ordered to pay $50,000 in costs to the Law Society for failing to help her Roma refugee clients (not filling out the forms, getting them translated, attending immigration hearings, etc.), as well as for billing Legal Aid for about $1,000 for services she never provided.
