Amnesty International has dared call on the Canadian government to comply with obligations under international human rights law and international criminal law when dealing with the socalled "most wanted" list. What a ferocious barrage of criticism that unleashed, from the minister of immigration, and from columnists writing in a number of publications. The barrage points to very troubling views about Canada's responsibilities in helping create a world of stronger human rights protection.
