31 Dec 2010 I read with interest Norma Greenaway's article concerning the appointment of Marvin Bernstein as UNICEF's new children's advocate.
Comments expressed in this article leave the impression that Bill C-49, the Preventing Human Smugglers from Abusing Canada's Immigration System Act, introduced by our government to combat the horrific crime of human smuggling, will somehow lead the "detention" of children. This is absolutely false.
