Principal responsibilities

  • Fundraising – supports the development and implementation of fundraising plans, including recruiting and sustaining donors and researching and preparing funding applications.
  • Administrative support – provides administrative support, as needed, to the networking, information-exchange and advocacy work of the CCR.
  •  Website – makes day-to-day updates to the website and monitors website needs.

Based in Montreal.  Reports to the Executive Director.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills including website development
  • Understanding of principles of fundraising (fundraising experience an asset)
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Flexibility
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated commitment to human rights/social justice
