Instructions for postcards calling for protection for survivors of trafficking

The post card template prints 2 cards per one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.  One card is for the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration.  The other is for you to send to your local Member of Parliament.  Both can be sent postage-free if sent to House of Commons, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0A6.

(During the electoral period, mail for the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration will be collected to await the incoming Minister).

Use light card stock ("cover" weight).  Print the graphic side first.  Ignore the margin warning about "outside margins" and just click "yes".  If you do not have access to a colour printer, the graphic is designed to be equally effective in black and white.

Once you have printed the graphic, turn the paper over, rotate, and print the text on the back of the same sheet.  Do a test print first to make sure you have the paper set the right way .

Once printed front and back, cut the page in half to produce 2 postcards.

If you would like a PDF version with the name of your local MP (or other addressee) on the second card, send a message to ccr@web.ca
